Warranty & Repair
ETIKA JEWELS
Etika Jewels guarantees that your jewellery is free from manufacturing defects for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Clasp breakage
- Missing pavΓ© stones (stones 0.10 ct and under)
- Chain detachment from a jump ring
- Loose diamonds
- Loose prongs
This warranty does not apply to the replacement of any stone larger than 0.10 ct.
As our jewellery is handcrafted and often made-to-order, slight variations in finish, stone setting, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or surface marks
- Bent or stretched chains, rings, or settings
- Lost jewellery or lost stones
- Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, accidents, or incorrect storage
If the damage is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, our team will provide a repair quotation for your approval before any work begins.
Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty service:
- The jewellery must not have been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
- The jewellery must have been stored, worn, and cleaned properly.
- Jewellery that has been altered, abused, or incorrectly cleaned will not be eligible for warranty repair.
- The jewellery must remain in the possession of the original purchaser, as the warranty is non-transferable.
- The original warranty certificate and diamond certificate (when applicable) must be presented.
Repairs & Service
All warranty inspections and repairs are performed by our expert jewellers.
- The client must bring the jewellery to our office for inspection and repair.
- Once the repair is completed, the client is responsible for collecting the item from our office.
- Shipping costs are not included in the warranty.
Repair requests from countries outside the UAE will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
