Shipping And Delivery

We offer free standard shipping in the UAE We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive your order and payment confirmation when applicable by email, within 24h after placing your order.  Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 3 business days after placing your order for processing if the product is available on stock. For all customized, made-to-order and pre-order items please allow 14-20 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. Etika Jewels® will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping on all of our items. Price of the shipment will be calculated at the moment of the checkout.

Please note that some of the countries outside the UAE may charge taxes, custom duties or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by our shipping provider before the package can be delivered.

When shipping internationally, Etika Jewels® will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package to Etika Jewels® will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
