UAE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Please note that orders do not ship the same day they are placed.
Processing Time:
- In-stock items: Allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- Customized, made-to-order, or pre-order items: Allow 10–15 business days (excluding delivery time) from the order date for producttion and shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping on all items via DHL or similar trusted couriers.
- The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties:
- Custom duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and collected by Etika Jewels.
- No additional payment will be required upon delivery
Etika Jewels® is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures.
If a delivery is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Etika Jewels®.
