Etika Jewels® guarantees that your jewellery is free of manufacturing defects for one calendar year from purchase date. Manufacturing defects may include clasp breakage, missing pavé stones (stones 0.02ct and under), chain detachment from a jump ring, loose diamonds or loose prongs. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of any stone larger than .02ct. Made-to-order and crafted by hand jewellery can have slight variations, and are not viewed as a defect. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewellery, or jewellery damaged due to improper use, cleaning or storage. If the damage is deemed outside of a manufacturing defect, we’ll always let you know the price of a repair before beginning any work on your jewellery. The ETIKA JEWELS® warranty only applies to purchases on etikajewels.com. This warranty does not include the cost of shipping the item and the evaluation by our expert jewellers to determine if the damage is warrantied. Repairs that are not covered under the one year warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost or stolen. These items are not covered by our warranty and cannot be repaired through ETIKA JEWELS®. Repair requests from countries other than UAE are examined case by case.
