Warranty Policy

ETIKA JEWELS® WARRANTY POLICY

At Etika Jewels®, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects on all jewellery purchased through etikajewels.com.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, which may include:

  • Clasp breakage
  • Missing pavé stones (stones 0.10ct and below)
  • Chain detachment from a jump ring
  • Loose diamonds (up to 0.10ct) or loose prongs

Due to the handmade nature of our made-to-order pieces, slight variations are to be expected and are not considered defects.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Scratches, stretched chains or rings
  • Lost jewellery
  • Damage due to improper use, impact, cleaning, or storage
  • Replacement of diamonds above 0.10ct
  • Complimentary gifts (not eligible for return, exchange, repair, or replacement)

Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for a warranty claim:

  • The jewellery must not have been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
  • It must have been handled and stored correctly.
  • The item must be in the possession of the original purchaser (the warranty is non-transferable).
  • The original warranty certificate and diamond certificate (where applicable) must be presented.

Repair & Evaluation

If the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect:

  • We will provide a repair quote for your approval before any work begins.
  • The delivery of the item to Etika Jewels must be arranged by the client and at the client’s cost.
  • Etika Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping and handling costs for evaluation and repair are the responsibility of the customer.

Complimentary Cleaning & Polishing

As part of our commitment to long-term care, Etika Jewels offers one complimentary cleaning and polishing service per item, available at least six months after the date of purchase.

  • The item must be delivered and picked up by the client.
  • All transportation and handling costs are the responsibility of the client
  • Delivery and pick-up must be made at our office, which is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

International Customers

Repair requests outside the UAE are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@etikajewels.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue to see how we can assist.
