Basma truly takes her time during the consultation and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. Her follow-up via WhatsApp is absolutely amazing — always responsive, detailed, and thoughtful.
From the delivery to my special requests, there was quite a bit of back and forth, and everything was handled with so much patience and care. Her colleague Shafi was also incredibly kind and helpful, meeting me wherever I was in Dubai and making the whole experience seamless.
